How Our Network Works

Our investor system is unique in the sense that we have different tiers of investors. We work with local investors that are flipping 5-10 properties a year or growing their rental portfolios deal by deal. Rome wasn’t built in a day! The acquisition and negotiation process can sometimes be the most time consuming than most think. This is especially true if you are generating and sourcing the deal through your own marketing efforts. Other investors in our network purchase properties on a larger scale or volume – sometime purchashing real estate portfolios, multi-family properties, apartment buildings, land for development projects, commercial properties, hotels, and other projects or businesses. Partner System

Buying and flipping an investment property can be a long and titious process to get the job completed from start to finish. Sometimes the difficult part is on the funding side. Not everybody is lending these days and even if they are, they can be picky in certain areas depending on the deal. After the deal is funded, you must get plans together, sometimes pull permits, renovate the property, pay holding costs, etc. and then finally the project is complete! Now you have to sell the house or property and you want to pick the right Realtor. Our network also consists of Realtors who focus on finding investment properties as well as selling the flip once it has been renovated. Our network of cash buyers and investors is growing and we are constantly seeking new ventures and opportunities. They have funds from retirement or their 401k that they want to invest for a “rainy day” or whatever the reason may be. The returns that we provide are higher than profits in your typical average “stock market” trading, so they work with us instead. In 2021, we are partnering with multiple nationwide lenders to provide a funding and lending source for all of our investors for their projects. Currently we are still accepting lenders who are lending for first and second lien positions willing to lend in multiple states.
